A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of capturing Joe + Maureena's engagement photos! Lemme just tell you, these two are INCREDIBLE! I actually went to high school with Maureena, and when she reached out about photos, I was OVER THE MOON excited! We met up at SIlver Lake Park in Highland, IL, and were BLESSED with some serious fall color! They expressed how much they love the outdoors, and spending time in nature, so this location could not have been more fitting!
Also, peep that RING! Joe custom made it from Maureena's grandmothers right, and it is seriously the most unique engagement ring I've ever seen! I could not stop staring at it!
As if they didn't already steal my heart during the first half of our session, we wrapped up at the Highland Square, where they OWN A LOCAL COFFEE SHOP!! Nudge Coffee Roasters is a favorite in the community, and it is so easy to see why! Not only do they serve incredible blends and drinks, but you can just tell they pour their heart and soul into the community. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY suggest stopping in!
